Debutante Presentation Letter
Dear Members:
The Galveston Artillery Club takes pleasure in inviting you to present your daughters, granddaughters, nieces and grandnieces who are at least 19 years old and at least a college sophomore as debutantes at the 183rd Anniversary Ball on Saturday, November 30, 2024.
The presentation fee for each debutante is $4,000.00 and covers:
The debutante, her escort, and three stags.
The rehearsal and rehearsal dinner which will be begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, November 29, 2024.
The debutante's bouquet and gift from the Club.
Those members invited shall be the debutante, her escort, her parents and, if applicable, her presenters.
In addition to the presentation fee, each member must pay a regular ball fee of $350.00 per couple. Family members under the age of eighteen and living in the same household may attend the Ball for a fee of $50.00 for the presentation only; they may not stay after dancing begins.
Members sponsoring a debutante may have the following guests with a fee of $175.00 per person:
An unlimited number of guests.
An unlimited number of the debutante's family members.
An unlimited number of the debutante's friends, ages 19 to 24.
For a debutante to be included in this year's Ball: (1)you must notify me or my wife, Dixie, by Friday, June 9; and (2) payment of the presentation fee MUST be received by the Club by Friday, June 30.

We are all honored to be a part of this cherished tradition of presenting the debutantes and look forward to making the Ball a beautiful, memorable event for the debutantes, her family, and all the guests in attendance.
